PERSONAL TRAINING DETAILS

Personal Training is a monthly subscription service offering personalized workouts 2 or 3 days per week. Payment is due in full at the beginning of each month. Any missed or late-cancelled sessions are subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy.

Clients select their preferred days and times based on trainer availability. Sessions are reserved a month in advance and recur weekly unless adjusted. Once selected, these times are exclusively reserved for the client.

Sessions scheduled on holidays are designated as make-up sessions. These can be added to regular training days or, if the trainer is available on statutory holidays, used then without requiring a make-up.

Clients must pay for sessions in full at the start of the month or before training begins.

Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are forfeited or may be rescheduled at the trainer’s discretion. Our goal is to ensure clients utilize their sessions, and we will prioritize arranging make-ups whenever possible.

Missed or late-cancelled sessions fall under the 48-hour cancellation policy. These are treated as make-up sessions and must be scheduled in addition to regular sessions. If clients cannot attend make-ups, those sessions may be forfeited.

To end your subscription, please provide your trainer with a respectful 30 days’ notice.
